Salsa and Tomato Products

Learn what to do with all those tomatoes. Learn the basics of canning produce safely.  This hands on class will have you canning salsa.  Discussion will be held about other tomato products. Remember to bring a small cardboard box. Material fee of $15 payable to the instructor at the time of class. Please enter through door #3.
