Pressure Canning Vegetables

Hands on class to learn how to can vegetables safely with your pressure cooker. We will can green beans in class and you will be able to take the product home. Remember to bring a small cardboard box.

Bring your pressure canner so it can be inspected and to have gauges checked for accuracy.
