This flowing workout is non impact, equipment free with roots in tai chi, physical therapy and ballet. Pediatric First Aid & CPR/AED Adult/Child/Infant - Hybrid Skills CheckCPR/First AidBlended Learning is the same program and certification as the classroom course but with the added benefit of watching the videos on your own and at your own pace. This is a skills portion of the blended learning. You will meet with the instructor in a group setting and perform the “hands on” training portion of the program. **The online portion MUST BE completed before the start of class and students will bring the completion certificate with them to class. A valid email is needed at registration. The videos work best on a laptop or tablet. (If you are unable to complete the online portion, you will be asked to attend the next skills test).
