55+ Driver Improvement
This driver improvement refresher course is taught by Precision Driving of Minnesota trained instructors. The class will explore changes in laws, the latest vehicle technology, and provide you with easy-to-use defensive driving tips. In addition, we will explore traffic safety and accident prevention. Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED - Ages 18 and Older
Breathing or not breathing - This is all you need to know to determine how to care for your unconscious victim. This CPR class is very easy to learn and to remember. You will learn how to care for an unresponsive person and will be certified for 2 years in Basic Adult/Child/Infant CPR and AED. You will have unlimited practice opportunities during your certification period and unlimited digital access to the workbook materials. You will be taught how to help a choking victim, how to recognize if there is a problem and gain confidence in your skills. This class does not have a written test. -
All Ages Adventure
ECFE for All Ages is a play-based class for families with children from birth through early elementary. Each session includes structured parent-child time, hands-on activities, and access to the Move & Learn room for active play. Avoid the Pitfalls of Perimenopause/Menopause - Virtual Workshop
Perimenopause starts around the age of 35 for most women and can last 10-15 years. Common symptoms include fatigue, migraines, weight gain, water retention, depression, sleep disturbances, joint aches, hot flashes, anger flashes, fibroids, exaggerated PMS and more. Once you understand exactly what is causing all the troublesome symptoms, they are much easier to correct. We'll discuss how to get hormone levels measured - blood test vs. saliva test and what to do with the results; traditional HRT vs. bio-identical; acupressure points to assist in symptom relief and nutritional musts. You'll leave with multiple tools and techniques for restoring health and well-being. -

Basic Welding 101 - Ages 18 and Older
This class is intended for people with little to no welding experience. Designed to give a strong foundation for beginners who want to learn how to weld. You’ll get hands-on experience with arc welding and wire feed welding creating an assortment of basic metal joints as you focus on the proper and safe use of our welding equipment. Students should come dressed in appropriate attire for welding, jeans, long sleeve cotton shirt, close toed shoes (leather steel toed boots are best), long hair tied back, no loose-fitting clothes, clothes must be all natural fibers such as cotton, wool, linen, no synthetic fibers such as nylon, spandex, polyester, etc. and should expect to remove rings and dangling jewelry. If you wear glasses bring them with as well. All supplies are included in the registration fee. -

Don't let the kids have all the fun! Join us on the dance floor as we work on the 8 basic steps to this traditional American dance form called Clogging. No experience needed. We will get your heart rate up as we learn a few fun routines to upbeat popular songs. Bring a friend, some of your family, or come on your own. Wear some comfy clothes and shoes that can slide easily. Optional-you can purchase glue-on clogging taps for $20 from the instructor. Bring a pair of flat-soled shoes for the taps to be attached to (white shoes preferred for possible future performance opportunities). -
