Zumba

Zumba fitness is a dance-based fitness program that combines Latin, International and Pop music challenging muscle to build strength, balance, flexibility and heart health. It feels less like a workout and more like fun as well as checking out from your busy life. This class will have a Hiit component and sprinkle in some upper body toning as well. No experience needed, let’s challenge ourselves to learn something new, get our exercise off of the “to do list”, make new friends and giggle along the way. Footwear- choose supportive, low tread as there will be quick movements, side to side, forward to back and pivoting. Drink plenty of water before, during class and bring a towel.
