Strength & Balance 55+ Exercise Class

In our Live 2 B Healthy Strength, Balance & Flexibility class, participants work with a nationally certified fitness professional experienced in 55 adult fitness.  This engaging program aims to reduce fall risk and promote independence through a variety of exercises using small balls, light weights, loops, and bands.  Classes focus on building core and stabilizing muscle strength, helping seniors maintain active, meaningful lives.  Beyond physical benefits, our sessions foster socialization, combating the stress of isolation and creating a supportive community.  Join us for a fun and effective way to improve your fitness and connect with others!

If you provide SilverSneakers, Silver&Fit, Renew Active or OnePass Health Ins. coverage, the classes are free.

*To find out if you have coverage, call the Customer Service number on the back of your health insurance card and ask them for your FITNESS ID# (for SilverSneakers, this number is your 16 digit SilverSneakers number that looks like a credit card number). The Fitness ID# is different than your group number or policy number.
